Tseikuru boy dies after drug administered

 A family in Kalimbui village, Tseikuru ward is mourning the death of their son after an alleged wrong medication.

 

While requesting for highlight of the unfortunate incident by the media, a neighbour revealed the child was taken to a local private hospital. When he developed complications, he was referred to Mwingi Level Four Hospital where he died.

“Those are not burns. It is a reaction of the medicine which was administered”, said the source who requested not to be named.

We had not talked to his family by the time we went to press as their phones were out of reach.
