MWINGI TIMES REBRANDS

Mwingi Times, a premier news and current affairs media company from Kitui County has upgraded its website from a mere blog to a fully-fledged website.

Mwingi Times has highlighted some of the best stories from the region such as this drawing by Japheth Kyalo (from Tseikuru) we did earlier this year.  Photo/MWINGI TIMES

The company has been in operation for the last four years and serves Ukambani Counties as well as Nairobi City.

The group information technology guru Mr Kali Kimanzi lived true to his word when he said: Guys I am fixing the mwingitimes now. I hope in like two hours everything should be ready.

The website is fully encrypted meaning no private information can be lost to malicious users when shared to and by the all-star media company.

From today, when readers will be typing the word Mwingi Times on their Google search bars, the name of the authoritative media outlet will be popping up their screens for the most timely and accurate news stories. This is after successful indexing of the website by Google and ssl certificate working.

Among the new changes are that the website address changes from www.mwingitimes.blogspot.com to www.mwingitimes.com.

While congratulating MT on its new face, Kirimi Njeru said: Nice one… Congrats”. He went on to say that we should major on news features to grow our audience base.

More website features will be available to our valued readers for use in due course. For now, read all our latest stories from the comfort of your mobile phone and personal computer by just clicking www.mwingitimes.com.

While proving its lead in the digital world, Mwingi Times gets to feature exclusives and breaking news, some before Nairobi-based mainstream press.

Some of the major stories that were the most read in recent history are: How Mwingi schools performed in KCSE 2020, Good News as Kitui Journalist Joins Inter-Continental Media House, Pauline K’s upcoming song and Drama as NUU OCS terminates church service during sermon, orders everyone out in presence of Kitui senator.

In the coming days, we will fine tune on other technical aspects to be shared with you as they are ready.
