Business is a cobweb of human relationships. Quality in a product or service is not what the supplier puts in. It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for. A product is not quality because it is hard to make and costs a lot of money, as manufacturers typically believe. To be successful, you have to have your heart in your business and your business in your heart.

When the product is right, you don’t have to be a great marketer. If you believe your product or service can fulfill a true need, it’s your moral obligation to sell it. Happiness is not a goal; it is a by-product. A market is never saturated with a good product but it is very quickly saturated with a bad one. Product management really is the fusion between technology, what engineers do and the business side. 

Every problem is a gift.  Without problems we would not grow. Mistakes are the growing pains of wisdom. The greatest thing in this world is not so much where we stand as in what direction we are moving. “Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go”- T.S. Eliot.

Almost everything worthwhile carries with it some sort of risk, whether it's starting a new business, whether it's leaving home, whether it's getting married, or whether it's flying in space. 

Success isn’t overnight. It’s when everyday you get a little better than the day before. It all adds up. Energy and persistence conquer all things. Fortune befriends the bold. Success in management requires learning as fast as the world is changing. The secret of success in every field is redefining what success means to you. It can’t be your parent’s definition, the media’s definition, or your neighbor’s definition. Otherwise, success will never satisfy you.
