Every day is Earth Day when you work in Agriculture. Agriculture is such a rewarding community to be a part of and will only continue to grow if we work together. You can't build a peaceful world on empty stomachs and human misery. A lot of satisfaction is to be had eating ‘farm to table’ every day.

Farming is a business. A very dynamic and progressive business. There is no other community as connected as those in agriculture. Agriculture is a universal language. "You've got to get up every morning with determination if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction"-George Lorimer.
Adversity causes some men to break; others to break records. The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge but rather in a lack of will. My favorite thing about being a farmer is the work ethic. It's in you. You really learn how to work hard and it sticks with you.
In Kelma Farm and Orchard we are doing everything humanly possible to produce over 20 varied food crops, butter nuts being one of them to mitigate hunger and food insecurity and livelihood in the larger society since a hungry man is an angry and ugly man.
Our stomachs are the central processing units and food is the driving fuel.
