MALOMBE ranked the best performing governor in Kenya-Ipsos

Kitui Governor Dr Julius Malombe is the top performing county boss in Kenya. This is according to an Ipsos opinion poll carried out this month.

Dr Malombe scored 55.3 per cent to defeat all the other county chiefs. He was closely followed by Vihiga governor Wilberforce Otichilo with 55.0 per cent.

The third slot was taken by Nyamira's  Amos Nyaribo.

Other governors from Ukambani and Mt Kenya East who were in the top ten nationally were Tharaka Nithi governor Muthomi Njuki (4) and Mutula Kilonzo Junior (9).

Nairobi is a strategic international hub and the country's capital city. Its governor Johnson Sakaja was the fifth best governor according to the pollster, Ipsos.
