Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. The first element of change is awareness. You can’t change something unless you know it exists.

Information is a negotiator's greatest weapon. Information is the oxygen of the modern age. Bringing together the right information with the right people will dramatically improve a company's ability to develop and act on strategic business opportunities.

Life is short and information endless.  Nobody has time for everything. Getting information off the Internet is like taking a drink from a fire hydrant. The organization of information actually creates new information.

Networking is an investment in your business. It takes time and when done correctly can yield great results for years to come. Your network is your networth. "You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want" said Zig Ziglar.

Networking is marketing. Marketing yourself, your uniqueness, what you stand for.

Networking is not about just connecting people. It's about connecting people with people, people with ideas, and people with opportunities. Meredith Mahoney said,  "Know where you want to go and make sure the right people know about it."

What’s important is that you have a faith in people, that they’re basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they’ll do wonderful things with them.

Farming is intrinsically about sustaining land, family, and community. "At the very heart of agriculture is the drive to feed the world," said Ben Potter.

Every day is Earth Day when you work in the Agriculture sector. Life on a farm is a school of patience; you can't hurry the crops or make an ox in two days. "To forget how to dig the earth and to tend the soil is to forget ourselves."- Mahatma Gandhi.

Whether conventional, sustainable, young, old or tired, farmers are fascinating thinkers. Agriculture is a universal language. "Adversity causes some men to break; others to break records", said William Arthur Ward. Farming is not just a job. It's a responsibility and a privilege. "I love those connections that make this big old world feel like a little village," said Gina Bellman.

Without agriculture it is not possible to have a city, stock market, banks, university, church or army. Agriculture is the foundation of civilization and any stable economy.

Kelma Farm and Orchard executive team of elites attended International Agri Expo at the KICC in Nairobi City on 8th of February 2023 to keenly learn, network, interact and create international agricultural business ventures, a thing that was very successful! We were able to achieve all the above objectives to the fullest. We were able to establish remarkable business links with international agriculture related companies from other countries such as Egypt, India, UK and Slovakia. Modern technology has made agriculture to take another course that our local farmers should be proactive enough to upscale both their know-how and farming facilities that will aid extensive and intensive farming to take place in our country.
