Be the change you want to see in the world: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Bin Less, Recycle more. Don’t be a punk! Recycle your junk! Go green with recycling. It’s easy being green- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Never refuse to reuse.
The corner table is made of MDF board remains at Kelma Farm owner's home. Nothing goes into waste at Kelma Farm cum homestead.
Recycling takes little effort on your part, for a big difference to our world. Recycle the present, save the future. Recycling is reincarnation for rubbish. Recycling is a mind-blowing idea. Think globally, act locally!
Improvisation means coming to the situation without rigid expectations or preconceptions. The key to improvisation is motion you keep going forward, fearful or not, living from moment to moment. That’s how life is. Improvisation is the ability to talk to oneself. Improvisation is intuition in action, a way to discover the muse and learn.
Recycling empty milk packets at Kelma Farm for tree seedlings germination and propagation. Street youths at Mwingi town collect a 90kg sack every week and we appreciate them for 1,000 Kenya Shillings equivalent to 10 US Dollars. A full 90kg sack contains approximately 2,800 empty milk packets. We indirectly clean Mwingi town, this is also meant to educate locals to replicate the same at their homesteads and farms.
Mediocrity is comfortable, it makes you join the crowd but would you like to be remembered as part of the crowd or someone followed by the crowd?
For rising above the crowd, don't be a slave to procedures, practice more and improvise. Improvisation is the power of spontaneous observation. Self-study leads to improvisation and improvisation leads to evolution. We feel safe in following the past successful efforts and fear the innovation or improvisation but we don't realize that everything still and not updated is bound to be backdated and open to decay.

Take opportunities to initiate ideas and action as often as you stand ready to offer support for them. To succeed, planning alone is insufficient. One must improvise as well. ‘’When you don’t have honesty in love then there is no communication. Honesty is improvisation of the heart; anything less is a well thought out and rehearsed script. ‘’- Shannon L. Alder.
The value of an idea lies in the use of it. The calculus of innovation is really quite simple: Knowledge drives innovation, innovation drives productivity, productivity drives economic growth.
Innovation is the unrelenting drive to break the status quo and develop a new where few have dared to go.
Creativity is thinking up new things. Innovation is doing new things. The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but building on the new.
The best way to predict the future is to create it. A ship is safe in harbor, but that’s not what ships are for. What good is an idea if it remains an idea? Try. Experiment. Fail. Try again. Change the world.
The KELMA team never settles for mediocrity but superiority! Creativity and innovation are highly embraced, drummed up and supported from any of our team member as well as anyone outside our circle but like-minded and of good will to mankind. Recycling and improvising is paramount at KELMA which enables us not to settle for less than success, saving on time and man power, keeping our charismatic brains active, aggressive and up to the global speed of creativity and innovation.
Those that live on planet Earth create, recycle, improvise and innovate; the rest exist. Be part of of KELMA team and the team that lives and not existing.
