TSEIKURU ward representative Kimanzi Muange has thanked his constituents for electing him.
Speaking at Full Gospel Churches of Kenya in Tseikuru on Sunday September 9, Muange thanked the church for bestowing upon him the roles of representation, oversight and legislation in County Assembly of Kitui. He was accompanied by his wife Rhoda Kimanzi.
“Thank you very much for electing me as your MCA. You voted for me as one of you from Full Gospel Tseikuru as well as for my other leadership qualities that you know” he said.
The first term legislator termed it historical that his ward produced the second Kitui County Speaker. “I will work with Speaker (Kevin Kinengo Katisya). He told us that is the MCA of every Ward”, he said amid applause from the congregation.
He pledged to work with other leaders that the county has to uplift the living standards of the locals.
