Elect me for more development-Musila

With only three days to the 2022 general elections, former Kitui senator David Musila retreated to his backyard to rally residents behind his gubernatorial bid.

Senator Musila recounted to Kitui residents countless projects he delivered for them from the time he was the MP for Mwingi South and later the pioneer senator.

One of the outstanding projects he narrated to locals as a good reason to be elected as governor was that of sourcing for funds from Saudi Arabia to construct a school in Kyome/Thaana Ward.

Musila built Kiio Secondary School which he prides as being among the best in the county.

Another major announcement today was the completion of Kibwezi-Kitui highway that will link up Ukambani region to the coastal counties providing a faster transport route rather than the traditional one via Mombasa Road.

The Jubilee party flagbearer for Kitui gubernatorial seat said that a fortnight ago he paid a courtesy call to State House where he met President Uhuru Kenyatta to discuss the progress of the major highway.

The former MP revealed that the road will be completed to link it up with Nairobi-Garissa highway. This will be by building the Kwa Siku to Mbondoni section which remains untarmacked.
