A driver of this campaign car branded with Kitui's gubernatorial candidate and former pioneer county boss, Julius Malombe’s portraits, died instantly after it was involved in a grisly road accident with a trailer at Kyanundu shopping centre in Mwingi Central along the Mwingi-Garissa highway on Monday. Mwingi Deputy OCPD, Nicholas Mutua, said the body of the 35-year-old Musyoka Kiseli was moved to Mwingi Sub County Hospital mortuary while the two vehicles were towed to Mwingi police station as investigations into the accident were launched.
