Head teacher responsible for my botched abortion, student tells police

 A 16-year-old girl has revealed that her school head teacher is responsible for her pregnancy as police come to terms with her botched abortion.

According to a police report seen by Mwingi Times, the minor is currently admitted at a Kitui County hospital following a botched abortion attempt over the weekend.

“The class eight pupil who is lucky to be alive delivered a 5-month lifeless male foetus, after being rushed to Mumoni health centre in Kitui county”, says the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).

The victim’s mother told the DCI sleuths that the juvenile had complained of severe abdominal pains. This prompted her mother to rush her to the hospital.

The teenager told police that her school head teacher who had allegedly impregnated her had taken her to a private clinic in Ishiara last Saturday February 19. Upon arrival, “she was given some tablets and asked to swallow”, a police OB reads in part. 

After swallowing the tablets, the girl experienced severe abdominal pains leading to her hospitalization.

Detectives launched an investigation to arrest the rogue head teacher who has gone missing. They are also perusing the owner of the clinic where the botched abortion was carried out.
