THE KITUI County Government has cancelled 14 jobs advertised in its Assembly arm of Government.
In an advertisement placed in Saturday Nation on December 25, a Christmas Day, Kitui County Assembly Clerk and secretary to County Assembly Service Board E.M.A Mutambuki confirmed all the recently advertised jobs were rescinded.
Mr Mutambuki said this while confirming the cancellation of the jobs advertised, “this advertisement was published in the Star newspaper on Monday, 20th December 2021, but due to unavoidable reasons it has been cancelled.”
Part of the cancelled jobs are principal clerk assistant, legal counsel and procurement officer as well as number of junior positions.
Candidates who qualify for the advertised jobs were to submit their applications by Monday 10th January, 2022.
