A 503 Service Unavailable error means that the page or resource is unavailable. Some of the common reasons for this are maintenance, a bug in the server’s code or a sudden spike in traffic that causes the server to become overwhelmed. This is according to freeCodeCamp

On Fool’s Day (April 1, 2021), Kitui legislature notified its website visitors of the change of address to www.kituiassembly.go.ke . “Further to our advertisement on today’s STAR NEWSPAPER dated 1st April, 2020, members of the public are hereby informed that our official website domain has changed to www.kituiassembly.go.ke “.

The Assembly updated its  website address on March 19.

Most county assemblies use a go.ke domain. They include www.machakosassembly.go.ke (Machakos) and www.makueniassembly.go.ke (Makueni) among others.

Residents can also follow their county governments on social media where they are active.
